These Terms govern your use of TrustTranslate, operated by Northbridge Translate Services LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Service. We provide professional human translation of documents you upload. We do not issue, certify, or replace official documents, and we are not affiliated with any government authority.
2. Your responsibilities. You confirm you have the right to submit the documents you upload and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for checking the receiving institution's requirements before ordering.
3. Acceptance of translations. Acceptance of any translated document is determined solely by the receiving institution. We do not guarantee acceptance.
4. Payment. Prices are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by a third-party provider.
5. Revisions. One free revision is included where the issue results from our work.
6. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

Data we collect. Account details (name, email), the documents you upload, and order information.
How we use it. To deliver your translation, process payment, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
Document handling. Files are transmitted over an encrypted connection and accessed only by personnel involved in delivering your order.
Retention. We retain documents only as long as needed to deliver and support your order, then delete them in line with our data retention policy (typically 90 days after delivery).
Sharing. We share data only with service providers needed to operate (e.g. payment processing) and where required by law. We do not sell your data.
Your rights. You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting support@trustoftranslate.com.
We want you to be satisfied with your translation.
Errors on our part. If your translation contains an error caused by us, we will correct it free of charge.
Refunds. If we are unable to deliver your order, you are entitled to a refund. Once a translation has been delivered, refunds are assessed case by case, since the work has been performed.
How to request. Contact support@trustoftranslate.com with your order number and the issue.
Processing. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Digital delivery. Completed translations are delivered to your customer dashboard and by email.
Printed delivery. Where the Print option is selected, a printed copy is mailed to the address you provide. Delivery times vary by destination.
Turnaround. Standard delivery time depends on document length and language pair. An express option is available for an additional fee.
Delays. If we anticipate a delay, we will contact you. Estimated times are not guaranteed deadlines unless stated in writing.
